Hi,

in the newlib from git://github.com/openrisc/or1k-src.git the UART IRQ is
set to number 13, but in the fusesoc de0_nano board the UART IRQ is number
2. I think it would be nice if newlib was compatible with fusesoc.

Yep, I agree

It looks like all FuseSoC OpenRISC-systems use IRQ 2 for UART, and
it's the default setting for or1ksim as well, so I don't know why it's
13 in newlib.
