[OpenRISC] dual core system in orpsoc-cores

In face of the recent development regarding multi-core systems it would be
nice if a new orpsoc-cores system with a dual mor1kx system is placed in
the orpsoc-cores repo so that people can play with a Linxu kernel that
adequately manage the 2 CPUs once the existing problems being discussed are
solved.

This project could also benefit from a nice way to compile and deploy
programs in the 2-core Linux system.

Hi Jose,

Yes! We're all eager to see a dual core system, and Stefan
Wallentowitz has one in his forked orpsoc-cores repo that apparently
works just fine for everyone who have tried it out. You could try to
use that. I would like to get this into the official orpsoc-cores repo
as well, but it will have to wait for a bit
